DER II Foundation hosts Christmas Party for young kids from the surrounding communities…

 

Philadelphia – DER II Foundation is committed to giving back to youth in the Mt. Airy and Germantown Communities by hosting its First Annual Christmas Party for young kids from the community. There will be food, music and gifts to enjoy.  There will be approximately 75 kids from the community attending the party.

The Daniel E. Rumph II Foundation was founded in 2005 to raise awareness and provide screening for Hypertrophy Cardiomyopathy in order to prevent sudden cardiac arrest among young people and to provide automated defibrillators to our community recreational facilities.  DER II Foundation’s “Save A Life Don’t Take A Life” Program is for teenagers (ages 16 to 19) to receive free CPR/AED training at any local recreation center.
